Journify Learning is fully compliant with FERPA, which protects the privacy of student records and grants parents rights regarding their children’s education records.
Journify Learning complies with COPPA, which governs the online collection of personal information from children under 13.
Our services are designed for use by educators, teachers, and administrative staff, and we handle student data provided by educational institutions strictly for educational purposes. We rely on each educational institution to provide the necessary consent for Journify Learning to collect personal information from students, as permitted by COPPA.
If a parent, guardian, or teacher believes that a child has provided PII to Journify Learning without appropriate consent, they should notify us immediately. We will promptly delete the information from our servers upon notification.
