We collect only the limited information necessary to enable access to and use of our services, and we are committed to safeguarding this data at all times. We do not collect, maintain, use, or share student Personally Identifiable Information (PII) beyond what is required for authorized educational purposes.

Journify Learning does not, and will not, sell any user data under any circumstances. We are committed to ensuring that all user data is used solely for educational purposes and is handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We employ rigorous security measures to protect data both in transit and at rest.
Data in Transit: Protected via Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Data at Rest: Secured using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256).

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Journify Learning is fully compliant with FERPA, which protects the privacy of student records and grants parents rights regarding their children’s education records.

• We only access student education records for legitimate educational interests and purposes as defined under FERPA. No information from student education records is disclosed without written consent from parents or eligible students, except where FERPA authorizes such disclosure without consent. We employ strict security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of student education records.
• Parents and eligible students have the right to inspect, review, and request amendments to their education records. Requests should be submitted in writing to the educational institution that maintains the records, and Journify Learning will promptly comply with all requests from educational institutions.

Children’s Online Privacy Act (COPPA)

Journify Learning complies with COPPA, which governs the online collection of personal information from children under 13.

Our services are designed for use by educators, teachers, and administrative staff, and we handle student data provided by educational institutions strictly for educational purposes. We rely on each educational institution to provide the necessary consent for Journify Learning to collect personal information from students, as permitted by COPPA.

If a parent, guardian, or teacher believes that a child has provided PII to Journify Learning without appropriate consent, they should notify us immediately. We will promptly delete the information from our servers upon notification.
